Painting My Nails Pink (2026)
Moving image installation, custom incense.
Moving images are projected onto suspended sheer fabric curtains, creating layered perspectives that shift as viewers move through the space. The delicate sound of bells accompanies ASMR footage of hands, while the scent of kadzidło, the incense associated with Polish Catholic churches, fills the room. Through pink projections, intimate gestures, sound, and scent, the work brings together care, ritual, memory, and sensory experience, inviting viewers into a space where the familiar becomes both comforting and uncanny.
